Immuta Professional Subscription Workflow

Content Summary: This guide details the process for subscribing to an Immuta Professional account through AWS Marketplace.
Step 1: Subscribe to Immuta Professional
The initial Immuta Professional page in AWS Marketplace contains a product overview, pricing and usage information, support resources, and reviews.
To begin the subscription process for Immuta Professional, click the Continue to Subscribe button in the top right corner of this page.
After clicking this button, you will navigate to a page with pricing details in a panel on the right. To subscribe, click the Subscribe button at the top of this panel.
A dialog will appear, indicating that your subscription was successful. Click Set Up Your Account to continue to the Cloud Portal.
Step 2: Set Up Immuta Account or Log in with Existing Immuta Account
The Cloud Portal prompts you to either create your Immuta Community Account or log in to your Immuta Community Account.
To create an Immuta Account,
- Select the Create your Immuta Account tab.
- Complete the Name, Email Address, Organization Name, and Organization Time Zone fields.
To log in using your existing Immuta Account,
- Select the Already Registered? tab.
- Click Log in with an existing account, complete the Username and Password fields, and click Login.
Step 3: Enter AWS Keys to Create Your Role
Click I Understand to acknowledge Important Details regarding how Immuta uses your AWS credentials.
Click Got it to acknowledge that you understand that more information about permissions associated with AWS credentials can be found in the Immuta Professional AWS IAM Information section of documentation.
On the provision page, complete the following fields:
- AWS Access Key ID
- AWS Secret Key
- AWS Region
Immuta uses this information to create your IAM roles to provision your Immuta instance. These keys are never stored; they are discarded immediately after your role is created.
Step 4: Wait for Verification
The verification process is divided in the following stages:
- Validating your AWS account
- Validating your subscription
- Creating the necessary IAM roles
- Generating an initial Immuta license
Creating your Immuta instance
- Note: This final stage can take 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 5: Navigate to the Immuta Console
After verification is complete, you will navigate to the Immuta Console, from which you can access your Immuta instance, Immuta Documentation, and Immuta Support.
