Submit a Request

Audience: Immuta Account users with the Support group

Submit a Request

  1. Navigate to the Immuta Support Portal.
  2. Click Submit a request in the upper right corner.
  3. Using the dropdown menu select your issue and refer to the corresponding tab below.

I have a general question about Immuta or need assistance using / integrating Immuta

General Question Form

  1. Opt to enter any email addresses that you want to be CC'd on this ticket.
  2. Use the dropdown menu to select your Organization.
  3. Enter a Subject line that quickly summarizes your issue.
  4. Enter a detailed Description of the issue you are having.
  5. Add files into the Attachments section that will help the support staff understand your issue better.
  6. Click Submit.

I have an urgent question about Immuta or need assistance using / integrating Immuta

Urgent Question Form

  1. Opt to enter any email addresses that you want to be CC'd on this ticket.
  2. Use the dropdown menu to select your Organization.
  3. Enter a Subject line that quickly summarizes your issue.
  4. Enter a detailed Description of the issue you are having and the way in which it is urgent.
  5. Add files into the Attachments section that will help the support staff understand your issue better.
  6. Click Submit.

  6. Check the Have Workaround box if you have found a way to work around the issue at this time.
  7. Add files into the Attachments section that will help the support staff understand your issue better.
  8. Click Submit.

Respond to a Support Message

  1. Navigate to the Immuta Support Portal.
  2. Click My Requests & Activity at the bottom of the home screen.
  3. Select the request you want to respond to.

  4. Click Add to Conversation.

  5. Type your response to the support messages.

  6. Click Submit.

View the Status of Your Request

  1. Navigate to the Immuta Support Portal.
  2. Click My Requests & Activity at the bottom of the home screen.
  3. Select the request you want to check the status of.
