# Atlan

Using the Immuta workflow in Atlan automatically adds links to all of your assets and data products. For data products to be properly linked, you must have a mirrored data product in Immuta [with the same ID as in Atlan](https://documentation.immuta.com/SaaS/request/configure/how-to-guides/configure-access-request-links/..#resilient-data-product-mirroring). The workflow is point-in-time, but you can schedule it to run periodically to capture new objects added to Atlan.

## Requirements

* [Connection registered in Immuta](https://documentation.immuta.com/SaaS/configuration/integrations/data-and-integrations#registering-a-connection)
* Atlan user with Admin access to allow for edit control on all registered connections in Atlan

## Set up access request links

1. In Atlan, navigate to **Workflows**.
2. Search for and select the Immuta workflow.
3. Start the setup by entering the following details; then click **Next**:
   1. **Host**: Enter `app.immutacloud.com`
   2. **Account ID**: Enter [the account ID](https://documentation.immuta.com/SaaS/request/access-data-products/how-to-guides/logging-into-marketplace) you enter when signing into the Request app. This is optional; if you are using more than one Immuta tenant, you should not include it.
4. Provide Atlan credentials:
   1. **Atlan API Key**: Enter an Atlan API key with [the privileges listed in the Requirements section](#requirements).
5. Click **Test Authentication**.
6. Click **Start Workflow**.
7. Opt to [schedule the Immuta workflow](https://developer.atlan.com/snippets/workflows/manage/schedules/) to run on a schedule to capture new objects added to Atlan.

This will automatically update all the Atlan data objects with the request access button to the corresponding asset.
